What do I put in the "endorsed by" section?
Here
you can add any additional children that you may have. For
example: "Endorsed by big sister Amanda." You
can also list grandparents, aunts, uncles, godparents, friends,
and family pets. You have up to three lines. Now, if your
family is so big that three lines aren't enough, you can
cover all the bases like this: "Endorsed by the Smith
& Jones families." Also remember, this is an optional
line. If you don't put anything there, nothing will appear
on your announcement and we'll adjust the text so everything
looks just right.

Questions
Can any of the headings on the back of the wrapper
be changed?
Absolutely. You may substitute whatever you would like in
each area on the back. Just remember there is a limit to
the number of lines that will fit. And if you can't fill
all the lines, we'll adjust all the text so that everything
looks just right.
Can I have a custom thank you?
Yes, but please keep it short. Take a look at our standard
"thank you" that's on the Wedding Announcement page of this
website. It has 22 words. Your "thank you" shouldn't be
more than 25 words.
General Questions
How can I place my order?
You can place your order online through our secure web server.
If you would like to call your order in, we can be reached

and most major holidays.
How quickly will my order be completed?
All birth announcement orders received before 12:00 Noon
Eastern time (9:00 A.M. Pacific time) Monday - Friday will
ship that day! Birth announcement orders received after
12:00 Noon Eastern time will ship no later than the next
business day. Note: We do not ship on holidays observed
by the post office. Orders received for all other
occasions will ship no later than the following business
day (unless Express Mail has been selected for shipping,
where turnaround is the same as for birth announcements).
If you've had family and friends order from us before, you
know that there is no one that can create, print, package
and get an order to you faster than us.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped by mail through the United States
Postal Service (USPS). Our standard shipping is by USPS
Priority Mail which USPS says should get to you in two or
three days, although this time is not guaranteed. Our experience
has shown that it may take a day or two longer to some areas.
The shipping and handling charge for USPS Priority Mail
is $6.00 (for any quantity you order).
If
you want a quicker or guaranteed date for delivery, then
you should choose USPS Express Mail for $18.50. Express
Mail packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service
and most are next day delivery. However there are some zip
codes where the USPS cannot guarantee delivery the next
day. If you would like to know if next day delivery is available
to your zip code, you may want to call the USPS. Their number
is (800) 222-1811. You'll need to give them our zip code
(17565) and yours. The USPS will deliver on Saturdays and
to selected areas on Sundays and holidays.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Discover (Novus), MasterCard and VISA. We are
also able to accept debit cards that have the VISA or MasterCard
symbol on them.
Do you take personal checks or money orders?
Yes we do, but please note that your order will not be processed
until we receive your check or money order. Sorry, no C.O.D.s.
If you don't have a credit card and would like to order
a birth announcement, we accept preorders. Mail your check
and as much information as you are able to provide (before
your baby arrives). When the baby arrives, call in the additional
information needed to complete the order. For all other
orders we recommend mailing your check with your order at
least two weeks before you need it. Orders should be mailed

What candy bars will your announcements fit?
Our wrappers have been designed to fit the all brown one-piece
wrapped HERSHEY'S® Milk Chocolate (1.55 oz.)
candy bars which are 6 1/2" by 2 1/4" in size.
Please note that our wrappers will not fit correctly on
the HERSHEY'S® Milk Chocolate with Almonds
candy bar. You can find HERSHEY'S® Milk Chocolate
candy bars at wholesale clubs, such at BJ's, Costco, or
Sam's Club and most grocery stores or any other store that
sells candy.
Why don't you provide candy bars with your wrappers?
We have tried to keep our wrappers affordable for everyone.
By getting your own HERSHEY'S® Milk Chocolate
candy bars you avoid the markup we or others would charge
when including the candy bars. Also, by not sending candy
bars with your wrappers, we eliminate the expensive special
shipping and packaging required to ensure that the candy
(hopefully) arrives without melting or breaking. Look
for great prices on HERSHEY'S® Milk Chocolate
candy bars at wholesale clubs such as BJ's, Costco or
Sam's Club. You'll also sometimes find the candy bars
on sale at grocery stores or other stores that sell candy.
Do
you have a guarantee?
Yes, we do! Simply stated, you have to be 100% satisfied
with your wrappers or mail them back to us and we'll refund
your purchase price (including shipping and handling charges).
You have nothing to lose.
May I put a photo on my candy wrapper?
Yes, we are now able to include a photo on the back of your
wrapper at no extra charge! You may mail
your photo to WRAPS4U, PO Box 70, Pequea, PA 17565-0070.
Or you may email it to us as an attachment as a jpg file
to orders@wraps4u.com. If you're not sure
how to attach a file to an e-mail, then please click HERE.
Please
note: We are not responsible for damage to photos that may
occur during shipping. If the photo you want on the wrapper
is irreplaceable, please have a copy made and send that
to us. All photographs will be returned with your order.
How do I put the wrappers around the candy bars?
Our wrappers are designed to fit the all-brown one-piece
wrapped 1.55 oz. HERSHEY'S®
Milk Chocolate candy bar. They do not fit the HERSHEY'S®
with Almonds bar. DO NOT remove the original
wrapper. When our wrapper is placed around the candy bar,
the brown ends of the original HERSHEY'S®
Milk Chocolate candy bar wrapper will stick out.
To
put our wrapper around the candy bar, take a glue stick
or other adhesive and run it across the BACK
(the all white side) of the bottom end of the wrapper
(the end where the bar code is located). Then align and
center the HERESHEIS®,
HEREHEIS® or HE&SHE'S®
and name on the front of the candy bar. Next fold over
the top (unglued) end first and finally the bottom (glued)
end to snugly fit around the candy bar. We always include
an extra wrapper for practice.
Do you sell or give anyone information from my order?
NO! OUR PRIVACY GUARANTEE is to never
sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone
for any purpose. We firmly believe that all information
received from you is private and will remain private.
This has been our policy since 1997.
What
if I need more wrappers later?
If later you need more wrappers, it's easy to reorder.
Prices for reorders are $9.75 for each 25 wrappers plus
shipping/handling ($6.00 for Priority Mail or $18.50 for
Express Mail). If your shipping address is to Pennsylvania,
we'll also add 6% PA sales tax to your order (no tax on
shipping/handling charges).
If
you would like to reorder online, go to the Order Form.
For "Order Information" we only need the following
2 items: 1. Name as it reads in the white box on the front
of your original wrappers and 2. In the Additional Instructions/Comments
type in that this is a REORDER. We will adjust the price
manually when we receive your order.
To
reorder by phone we need the name shown in the white box
on the front of your original wrapper, quantity, how to
ship (Priority Mail or Express Mail), credit card number
with expiration date, shipping address and a phone number
in case we have any questions.
